Who May Join

Anyone who bears the “cross” of a chronic illness or a disability and who is able to write a letter, either through the Post Office or through e-mail is eligible for membership.  Though CUSA was founded by a Roman Catholic woman and many of its members are Roman Catholics, CUSA welcomes people of all faiths.  Also, although the majority of members live in the United States of America, CUSA also welcomes citizens of any country who can write in English.

Are you ready for a challenge? Are you a person with a chronic illness or disability? CUSA may be just what you are looking for.

  • You will be spiritually uplifted.

  • You will make lasting friendships.

  • You will feel the effects of daily prayers.

Come join CUSA, a non-profit organization that aims to help each member “Rejoice in suffering.” Discover peace, joy, and compassion.  Come to a renewed awareness of Christ in your life as well as God’s will or purpose in your particular illness and/or disability.

Are you ready for a challenge? Let your heart answer.

The application process begins simply be writing a letter of inquiry to Fr. Lawrence Jagdfeld, O.F.M., Administrator of CUSA.

Please Contact Us if you need additional information.
